Lead Generation: 1.Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including online research and outreach. Sales Support: 1.Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain sales materials, presentations, and proposals. 2.Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed. Customer Engagement: 1.Assist in managing customer relationships by addressing inquiries and providing information on products/services. 2.Support in organizing and participating in client meetings. Data Management: 1.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system. 2.Generate reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Training and Development: 1.Participate in ongoing sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. 2.Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
