II. POSITION SUMMARY: Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from plan. Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results. Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions Increases productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements. Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations. Works on Payroll of the company with HR. Tracking Accounts Payable. Keeping tabs on Compliances. (TDS, SEZ, VAT and LBT) Support the month end close activities explaining month on month accruals. Ad hoc reporting and close activities during year end / audits. III. LEVEL OVERVIEW: The Analyst Level uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate section. IV. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Reporting Skills, Informing Others, Financial Skills, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Financial Diagnosis, Financial Software, Analyzing Information, Statistical Analysis, Process Improvement, Financial Planning and Strategy. V. ACADEMICS: CA with One Year of relevant Experience or CA Inter with 3 Years of relevant experience.
