Social Media & Operations Executive

• Increasing Brand Presence & helping Javinishka expand on various other e-commerce/online marketplaces which are relevant to the brand and go well with the brand vision • Looking after Brand Collaborations & researching on various parameters and occasions where Javinishka can collaborate with other relevant brands whose ideologies and target market is in sync with Javinishka, and executing the collaboration • Creativity/PR Activities like curating engaging content for SM and taking care of PR activities that engage audience and improves brand recall value • Brand Awareness - Promoting Javinishka regularly on all social media platforms • Social Media Management - Maintaining all the social media pages of the brand and taking into account all the metrics and engagement • Planning and executing different social media growth strategies • Designing and uploading marketing collaterals for different social media channels • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Web Trends etc.) • Email list creation, hygiene and campaign management & Email Marketing • Planning strong, impactful marketing campaigns to establish the brand's USPs • Handling part-time operations, inventory & return management and order fulfilment • Handling the entire Order Management and Fulfilment; Order Processing, Packaging, Manifesting, Handover, Unpacking of RTOs, returns, etc for the Lucknow office • Being the POC for the customer; queries, NDRs, confirmation calls, etc. • Inventory and Return Management for all online channels; updating Stock across all online channels, keeping and maintaining physical stocks, filing for reimbursement of wrong return products, etc. • Maintaining Records of the dispatched products; Manifests, Pictures, Videos, etc • Being in a start-up, your role would not be confined to the details mentioned above. We would be happy to take in your inputs in other domains too. You might be asked to carry out some activities that are not mentioned here, but guess what – that’s the adventure in working with a start-up.
