The candidate would work with our content producers, \r\n project lead and digital analysts to develop and execute an online video distribution and digital \r\n community growth plan. \r\n\r\n Key skills and knowledge:\r\n ? Development of content calendars and being part of the creative process\r\n ? Designing and running social media programmes for clients\r\n ? Contributing to new business pitches and proposals for exciting new clients\r\n ? Developing social media strategies, including the targeting and positioning of brands\r\n? Executing social media channel management – planning, scheduling, posting, digital campaigns\r\n ? Influencer brand partnerships and regular influencer engagement - knowledge of up and coming \r\n influencers and social trends with an ability to spot which platforms are going to be the next best \r\n thing.\r\n ? Deep knowledge and understanding of digital tools and social media platforms\r\n ? Content creation - support and assist with photoshoots, content + digital marketing assets\r\n ? Writing dynamic copy for social media channels with the brand tone of voice.\r\n ? Measuring and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns and content and measuring\r\n ? Knowledge of paid social\r\nGeneral:\r\n? Able to perform under pressure and to work to tight timescales\r\n? Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills\r\n?
