Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, etc. 3. Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms 4. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes. 5. Assists in creating performance reports. 6. Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for company brands 7. Monitor analytics with the social media team to identify viable ideas 8. Focuses and adequate social media trends. 9. Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn Skills & Qualifications: • Degree in B.sc Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for personal or professional purposes. • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting. • Creative thinking and an eye for detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when necessary. • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro) is a plus.
