Bir Music Festival team is looking for creative minds to join the social media team and take the coming season to great heights together. What we expect from the social media intern The social media intern should be a proactive fast learner who has the capability and drive to quickly adapt to changing trends and demands of the digital world. Should be ready work in a start-up environment Should be ready to move to the mountains to work. He/She should be well-versed with the five basic social media platform techniques and terminologies- Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube Should have the basic knowledge of paid ads on the above mentioned platforms Should have an understanding of content writing Should know the basics of graphic design Should have the basic knowledge of one of the platforms - Adobe/ Canva/ VN/ FCP Should have the knowledge of social media marketing and measurement tools Should be a fast learner Should be team player Discipline is a must Should have a thorough knowledge about social media PR Should have a good network and knowledge of influencer marketing Should be a good communicator and negotiator Should be ready to work in a team and take up any additional responsibilities to make the festival better Our internship program is for 8 weeks and involves real-time work for the twelfth season of Bir Music Festival. The team shall not leverage upon the seriousness of work here. Do not apply in case only a certificate matters to you.

Bir Music Festival is India's only women owned music festival and the largest original music and art platform in Himachal Pradesh accredited by the Tourism Ministry Of Himachal Pradesh. Music and entertainment are the most emerging trends today and being one of the first movers in the industry gives us the advantage of experimenting and exploring. With this, we have become the only festival in India to host completely original music in live format. The festival stands strong as a sustainable entity with negligible carbon footprint. As a Bo-annually celebrated original music and art festival, we hold a unique position and proposition for emerging original artists. We have successfully hosted 11 seasons so far and staged over 450 original musicians for 11,000+ live audiences to reach over 22 million audience digitally. With an aim to host over 100 original emerging artists in 2025, we are beginning a new voyage this year.
