Social Media Manager

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engage our target audience. - Create compelling and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistency and maintaining an editorial calendar. - Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization. - Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Research current social media trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and community engagement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus. - Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
