Job Description and responsibilities:\r\n\r\nAppointed MENTORS are expected to assist students to develop English language and different skills. They are expected to improve their communication skills, inculcating good habits, etiquette\'s and hygiene practices, groom them and help them to build their self-confidence.\r\n\r\nQualification:\r\nEducation: Graduated from any field. \r\nCandidate should be fluent in English speaking, English writing and English reading. \r\nCandidate should be expert in basic teaching. \r\nCandidate should have basic understanding of education system and major issues related to primary and secondary education system in India. \r\nCandidate should be able to understand basic child psychology.\r\nCandidate should be able to work in a team with team spirit.\r\n\r\nTeaching time:\r\nTeaching time are divided in two slots, morning and afternoon as the project work starts only before or after school hours. Candidate will be required to work in both time slots as instructed by the project authorities. All the project activities are held in respected school premises.
Su Sumer Foundation is a non-profit organization. The foundation is a result of efforts and dedication of Mr. Ramesh S. Shah, Founder Trustee of Su Sumer Foundation. Mr. Ramesh S. Shah has a dream of educating and uplifting the life of every girl child from less privileged areas of India. He believes that girl child education is a prime necessity for the development of India. Su Sumer foundation thus focusses on the programs which aim at educating and empowering girl child. Project ‘RAAH’ is a first initiative of Su Sumer Foundation in this direction. Project RAAH, by SuSumer Foundation aims at developing girl child in less privileged areas of Rajasthan. Project RAAH was implemented in eight government hostels in district Jhalawar, Rajasthan for an academic year 2016-2017. 575 girl students were admitted in the project. The project will be implemented in government schools in district Jalore, Rajasthan for academic year 2017-2018. The five major objectives of project RAAH are, 1) Developing English speaking, reading and writing skills, 2) Developing personality, 3) Developing health and hygiene practices, 4) Developing emotional stability and 5) Developing social alertness among the girl students in Rajasthan.
Remunerations:\r\nSu Sumer Foundation pays Rs.20000 per month as remunerations. Travelling from candidate’s hometown to the project location, local travelling, food and accommodation is taken care by the Foundation.
