Interprets Alarm Signals received through automation systems (Omnipolis Application). Signals include fire, silent panic, commercial trouble, and other hazardous conditions. Provide accurate and timely notification of alarm signals to appropriate respondents. Dispatch Police, Fire, Ambulance and other emergency agencies. Communicate with Mobile app users to share the information of dispatched units and give them necessary instructions. Accurately and completely document all actions taken in an automated system. Update daily reports, forms and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Provide excellent Customer Service at all times. Follow Company and Department policies and procedures. Transfer calls to appropriate teams for problem escalation.
