Our Team comprises of 200+ Recruiters and has serviced 850+ corporates across various Industries and levels. *Job Profile:* Understanding Client requirement And Company Requirement Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (Job portal, social platforms and professional networks) Making calls and scheduling candidates for the interview Regular follow ups with the Candidates and Client / Account Manager Generating daily line ups Willing to work as an individual contributor *Desired Candidate Profile:* Male / Female Graduate / Post Graduate (Appeared candidates can also apply) Fresher / Experienced Good verbal and written communication skills Awareness of MS-Office (Outlook, Excel & Word) Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks A keen understanding of the differences between various roles Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Creative thinker and proactive problem solver A positive, “can do” attitude
