The Travel/Event Expense Coordinator is responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience to Healthcare Professional’s by being a single point of contact (via phone, online or post) on all related matters and liaising closely with colleagues in the wider team across Cork and in the local affiliates to resolve any other meeting related queries. Role: Healthcare professional management – creation of profiles, collection of information, contracts and agreements and general admin Healthcare Meetings Support and planning activities. Attend briefings and planning discussions and also post meeting admin Ensure adherence to all document retention requirements Responding to phone calls/emails from sales representatives, meeting owners, third parties that support the process, local CMS teams, management, or other business partners; Investigating, root causing and resolving issues Providing training to the business areas that support the processes. e.g. basic required training, or to improve efficiency of the processes Reporting and Metrics
