Dear Interns, Greeting from Webvio Technologies Pvt Ltd We are Looking for Interns who are experts in the Spanish Language (B2 level) Process : USA based Travel company (Spanish Department) Shift: Flexible with Day and Night Shift Stipend- ?10000-?15000/- per month including Provident Fund , Professional Tax and ESI ) IATA (International Air Transport Association) Training will be provided to the candidates. How to Use GDS (Global Distribution System to Book a new Ticket, Postpone a new ticket and etc.) JOB Role: 1. Engaged in handling Inbound Calls For US Traveler (Spanish Speaker) 2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills 3. Converting Reservation query calls to sales calls. 4. Ability to Identify Opportunities and Implement Process Improvements Required Candidate profile * Should have minimum B2 level * Possess excellent Spanish communication skills * Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work. * Should be flexible to work both morning & night shift
